A small idea can change the world; a small key of information can open a big door of knowledge. With this source of inspiration we have started conducting filmmaking workshops to reach out for like minded people who share a similar interest and passion and wish to pursue, learn and acquaint themselves with filmmaking.

It helps us in creating a community of young filmmakers to discuss, interact and share ideas and also provides a platform to showcase their films. Filmmaking 101 so far had more than 300 students in the last two years.

Laying emphasis on Digital Filmmaking and Digital Cinema, participants get to learn the fundamentals of filmmaking, film technology and appreciate the nuances and language of cinema.

They will get hands on experience to write, shoot and edit a film in professional editing studio at the end of the workshop.

We have two programs:

1. Digital Filmmaking Workshop

It is a 2 day basic introductory course on how to make short films and documentary films on a digital format.

• Day1:Screenwriting & Direction
• Day 2: Digital Cinematography, Editing, Shooting a 1 minute short film.

Students will have to shoot a short film based on the script written by the group. Professional Camera and Cameraman will be provided by us. Later they have to edit the film at editing studio provided by us.
